Build Your Stick War Army

Your campaign begins with a small force, but you can grow your army by sending miners to collect gold. Gold allows you to recruit different types of warriors, giving you more options as the battles become tougher.

The Order army can make use of several distinctive unit types, including Swordwrath swordsmen, Archidon archers, Speartons, Magikill mages, and powerful Giants. Each unit has its own strengths, abilities, and role on the battlefield.

Balancing your economy with your military is an important part of the game. Spending all your gold on soldiers can leave you short of resources, while building too slowly gives the enemy more time to attack.

Take Direct Control of Your Soldiers

One of Stick War's most distinctive features is the ability to personally control individual units. Instead of simply watching your army fight, you can take control of a warrior and move, attack, defend, or use its special ability yourself.

Control an archer and manually aim at enemies, command a Swordwrath in close combat, block attacks with certain warriors, or use the special abilities of units such as the Spearton and Magikill. The game therefore combines traditional army strategy with hands-on stickman combat.

Conquer the Nations of Inamorta

The world of Stick War is divided between nations that have devoted themselves to different forms of warfare. The Archidonis rely on archers, the Swordwrath specialize in swords, the Speartons use spears, and the Magikill wield magic.

As the leader of Order, your goal is to survive these conflicts and turn the technologies of your defeated enemies to your advantage. Each battle is part of a larger campaign to expand your territory and ultimately bring the nations of Inamorta under your control.

Upgrade Your Forces

Winning battles gives you opportunities to strengthen your army. Upgrades make your units more capable as you progress through the campaign, allowing you to build a stronger force for the increasingly difficult battles ahead.

Think about which troops you need before spending your resources. A well-balanced army can combine melee fighters for the front line with archers and magical attacks behind them.

How to Play Stick War

Stick War uses a combination of mouse and keyboard controls. The mouse is used for selecting units, building troops, and interacting with the game's command interface. When directly controlling a character, WASD or the Arrow Keys can be used for movement, while Space performs the main action or attack. Individual units also have their own abilities and controls.

The main objective of each battle is to push through the enemy defenses and destroy the opposing statue. Protect your own forces, keep your gold supply moving, and choose the right moment to attack.
